“ We pushed for full data democratization from our inception. Outcome? Business users used data inconsistently and we, the data team, lost sight of the analytics service quality they are getting.

With Rupert, we can easily control and contextualize what the business should use and allow them to do so completely self-serve, cutting time to trusted insight to zero.”

Analytics leaders, solve the impossible task of making too many people happy

Inaccurate metrics and reports consumption are a risk that creates fear for you and your executives. It’s impossible to control and monitor the reports explosion and duplications as well as their consumption by the business. This creates a vicious spiral that leads to dangerous consumption and lack of trust in the analytics operation.

Rupert analyzes signals from your existing BI to help create a cross platform, source-of-truth layer for your reports. It then maintains and feeds it into a fully controlled and monitored guard-railed analytics consumption gateway for your stakeholders.

Your business stakeholders know analytics can make them better at their job. But, it’s hard for them to keep track of the relevant ones and extract concise, actionable insights. With your analysts’ capacity, it is impossible to help and serve them with that

With Rupert, your analysts can be the business’ heroes and not only cut their time to insight, but cut their time to business outcome. Rupert works with your existing metrics and dashboards and automates the distribution of bite-size, hyper-personalized insights to each of your stakeholders, delivered with corresponding business actions, at scale.

Your analysts spend way too much time on low-value ad-hoc stakeholders’ training and requests that your existing reports have the answers for or your analysts resolved in the past.

With the most advanced analytics search engine in the space, Rupert finds for your stakeholders analyst-verified answers for your business stakeholders’ in your BI assets and previously resolved service tickets, directly in Slack. No training needed.

We used to struggle with staying organized: what assets should we vet, deprecate, or promote for employees’ consumption?

Without changing our workflows, Rupert takes this work off our plate and allows our non-technical employees to freely and independently use data.

Before Rupert, it was taking endless email and Slack threads for each data request to get resolved.

Now, our institutional knowledge is documented and delivered with verified reports and analyses via asimple self-service interface, increasing our business teams’ engagement with data while saving our analysts countless hours and headaches

Is Rupert easy to rollout within the organization?

Very much so. Data analysts will start getting value once they connect the platform to Looker/Tableau. Business stakeholders will get the data pushed to them through Slack. No need for cumbersome installations or tedious onboarding.

Will it add new tasks to our already-packed data stack maintenance workflows ?

Quiet the opposite - Rupert can help your team reduce maintenance tasks, adding more self-serve abilities to Business stakeholders, and re-using existing assets.

What's so special about Rupert's Notifications that cannot be achieved with my existing BI tools?

Rupert allows creating textual summaries with injected metrics from different charts, and reports (and soon tools) in order to add context to the scheduled reports. Rupert supports dynamic filtering, per user, for the most personalized and easy experience. Rupert allows static thresholds but also dynamic ones (e.g. changes in the metric). Rupert also offers a fan-out mechanism that allows analysts to build interactions with their users at scale, from onboarding to alerts. Additionally, Rupert shows advanced usage statistics

What is the difference between Rupert's usage analytics and the BI tools analytics?

Usage tracking of Slack shares and notifications is very limited in Tableau and Looker. You can see how and when an alert was triggered and that’s about it. Rupert shows statistics about who received it, clicked on it, interact with it (discussions, reactions, shares, etc.), and even gave feedback. This is presented to analysts to improve their service operation and trains Rupert to be more accurate (destination, timing, content, format) with deliveries and search results.

We built an in-house tool that does the same thing?

In-house tools are hard to maintain in the long term. New updates, bug fixes, and security standards such as ISO review require full-time attention.
